“I am thankful to have the opportunity to work with young students and to teach a course in Quantitative Literacy at Gray Stone this year. I shall be teaching a common sense mathematics course with emphasis on practical thinking and analysis of real-world problems. The principles of integrity, responsibility, and service that are stressed at Gray Stone are reminiscent of those that I experienced as a student in high school and as a cadet in military college.”
Mr. Hearne is an avid sports fan and has enjoyed participating in a number of sports over the years, especially softball and volleyball. He more recently became an avid runner and participates in 5K races regularly.
