Gray Stone Day: Mock Trial
In Mock Trial, students learn a multitude of different skills: enhancing their public speaking abilities.
Learning to solve problems as a team, and learning about our legal system.
Participants are given a fake court case and play the roles of attorneys and witnesses to win the trial for their respective side.
For the past four years, the Gray Stone Mock Trial has been invited to the Yale Bulldog Invitational Tournament at Yale University.
The trip has allowed past students to see what Mock Trial looks like on a national level, and to compete against teams from across the country.
We have been invited back for 2026 and are raising funds to cover our travel expenses.
Our team has received accolades for our performance at the state, national, and international level, and we have made it to the state finals for the last five years running.
Excess funding we receive, if any, will be used to fund other competitive opportunities throughout the rest of the year.
