Gray Stone Day School is hosting an Open House on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. for all prospective students. Guests will be given tours of the middle and high schools and learn more about curriculum offerings and extra-curricular activities.

Troubleshoot Email Delivery

I'm not getting the emails from Gray Stone

The first step is to make sure the messages are not being delivered to your SPAM folder. If you find the messages have been marked as "SPAM", please whitelist the domain. If the messages are not in SPAM, please add your address to our Listserv here

How to "whitelist" the domain addresses in Gmail

  1. Open Gmail. In the upper-right corner, select the Settings (gear) icon. From the menu, choose Settings.
  2. Select Filters and Blocked Addresses
  3. Select Create a new filter. If you already have many filters, you'll have to scroll down to find this link.
  4. A dialog box appears. In the From field, type the domain
  5. At the bottom of the dialog box, select Create filter.
  6. On the next screen, select Never send it to Spam. To finish the process, select Create filter.

How to "whitelist" the domain addresses in Yahoo mail

  1. Navigate to Settings icon, then click More Settings from the Yahoo Mail menu.
  2. Select Filters and hit Add new filters.
  3. Give the filter a name (ex: Gray Stone). Set a rule by clicking the drop down Select a filter criterion, choose contains and type the domain Next, choose the folder Inbox. Click Save.

How to "whitelist" the domain addresses in Hotmail

  1. Login to your Hotmail, click on the Settings icon at the top right side of the page, expand it and click on View all Outlook settings.
  2. Click on Junk email.
  3. Under Safe senders and domain, click +Add, type and press Enter.
  4. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
